Full payment is due within 14 days of all engagements.

For long-term projects, agreements will be become effective upon receipt by Dance Houston of client’s signed agreement and the payment of 20% of job price which will be rendered by client at the time of signature of the agreement. The remaining payments will be rendered by client to Dance Houston in accordance with agreed-upon milestones such as the following:

• 30% of job price following concept presentation and rehearsal/production schedule
• 30% of job price following marketing and public relations materials delivered
• 20% of job price following commencement of casting call and in any case no later that 14 days prior to the Event Date

Payments made by credit card will incur an additional 3% charge. Preferred payment options are check, cash, ACH, Zelle or Venmo.
