2009 - 2010 Programs

After-School and In-School Programs - preparation for students at the elementary and middle school level for high school dance programs and beyond.  Star dancers work directly with students enrolled in school dance programs to develop their dance technique, performance skills, self-expression, and cultural understanding.

Open Workshops - seasonal workshops for youth and teachers at nearby schools.

Master Classes for Dance Teachers - master classes exclusively for high school dance teachers in hip hop, contemporary, cultural, and ballroom dance.

Parent/Child Workshops - classes that teach parents and students to dance together.

Coming in 2010 - 2011

Showcase - professionally produced concert featuring the best ensembles from Houston-area high schools.

Dance Houston is an HISD approved vendor.
